How do you handle old barbed wire in tree lines when you’re clearing land? Avoidance of course, but when it is 100 years old and grown over?
Thank you

Barbed wire does cause problems. That is one of the reasons we walk the property before cutting. We also have a spotter in place at a distance whos job is to prevent these kind of problems. The driver is protected behind bullet proof windows. Since there are no people around the only issue is a equipment issue and we resolve that however it is necessary. Your correct that avoidance is best and cheapest. Let me know if you have additional questions and thank you for giving the site its first message!
